Launch of the Indigenous Resilience Hub: A Digital Platform for Community-Driven Solutions
Tucson, AZ – September 24, 2025 — The University of Arizona’s Indigenous Resilience Center (IRes) has launched the Indigenous Resilience Hub (IRes Hub), a new digital platform that connects communities, researchers, and partners to advance Indigenous-led resilience in food, water, energy, and environmental health.
Designed as a practical, accessible resource, the IRes Hub features:
- Resilience Map: An interactive map highlighting Indigenous Nations, projects, and partners leading resilience efforts across the Southwest and beyond.
- Research & Tools: Case studies, applied research, and community-driven strategies that translate knowledge into action.
- Online Learning: Access to the Native Voices in STEM seminar series and other digital learning resources, with expanded courses and training opportunities coming soon.
- Community Engagement: A collaborative space for sharing solutions and building partnerships across Nations, institutions, and disciplines.
The IRes Hub is an evolving ecosystem that will grow through ongoing contributions from Tribal Nations, researchers, students, and community partners, always centering on Indigenous leadership and local expertise.
