Community Environmental Impact Grantee Reflection

In late November, IRes brought together its Community Environmental Impact Grantees for a multi-day facilitated workshop designed to reconnect, reflect, and plan for the future. This gathering created space for grantees to share the impact of their projects, discuss lessons learned, and engage deeply in sustainability planning to carry their work forward. All 10 grantee teams had representatives in attendance, making it a fully inclusive convening supported by the Waverley Street Foundation. The retreat fostered renewed energy, strengthened relationships, and reinforced our shared commitment to community-led environmental resilience. As we conclude this grant cycle, IRes remains dedicated to supporting our cohort of grantees through continued communication, resource sharing, and partnership opportunities. We extend our heartfelt thanks to each team for walking alongside us on this journey and for the transformative work they lead in their communities.
